Issue 1 - Fighting Zombies with Stupid Weapons
The Splurd Crew comes together to produce this debute issue of the collected comic book we call Studio Splurd's Papyrus. Jeremy Kayes returns to tell a short tale of the Iax world, and is joined by Allison Simes' short "This Explains Everything," and the printed debut of Josh Siewert's "Reel Fiction." Featuring additional artwork by Jennifer Weaver and Krista "Q" Di Fulvio, Studio Splurd's Papyrus is sure to have something for every comic fan.
Studio Splurd's Papyrus Issue 1 is on sale now. The print run was 1000 count. The issue is 20 black and white pages with a full color cover.

Issue 2 - Anime Car Wash
The Splurdagumi 5 are hard at work producing the second issue of Papyrus. Big Josh spoofs the Super Winchester Bros in Reel Fiction, Jenn introduces the characters of Krata, Q breaks fourth wall and Allison draws puppet dinosaurs all while Jer gets stuck with the cover.
The odds are stacked hard against the five friends of Splurd, but they fight furiously forward to finish Papyrus Issue 2 in time for the 2009 holiday season. Stuff your stalking this year with independent inkpaper variety comics!
